MATH 345E - Probability Theory for Engineering Unit(s): 2 Lecture: 2 hours This is a two-unit one-half semester introduction to probability theory for Engineering students. Topics covered include basic set theory, probability, combatorics, discrete and continuous random variables, probability distribution and density functions, first and second moments, and functions of random variables.
