MATH 165 - Elementary Applied Statistics Unit(s): 4 This course is a technology-intensive introduction to elementary statistics. Topics include: elementary descriptive and inferential statistics and their application to the behavioral, natural, and social sciences; sampling; special distributions; central limit theorem; estimation; tests of hypothesis; analysis of variance; linear regression; and correlation.
