SOCI 384 - Consumption and Inequality Unit(s): 4 Explores how the buying and selling of goods and services shape contemporary social life. Examines issues of identity, market logics, and globalization with an emphasis on racial, gender, and class inequality. Historical factors that influence consumers and consumption are also considered.
