EDEC 160B - Questions of Equity in Childhood and Adolescence Unit(s): 4 In this first-year learning community, students will study how inequality, power, and privilege affect the identities, learning, and development of children and adolescents. Students develop critical thinking skills, oral communication skills, and diversity awareness through critical analysis and discussion of multicultural children’s and young adult literature and through consideration of relevant case studies.
