BUS 394 - International Business Strategy Unit(s): 4 This course will focus on understanding the political, economic, sociocultural and environmental factors affecting the development of options and strategies. Students gain appreciation of different forms of foreign involvement and which types are appropriate in view of national interests of host nations. Topics include the multinational corporation, exporting, importing, socioeconomic development, international economic order, the changing U.S. role in the international economy, and management styles in different cultures. Case studies will be analyzed.
Grading: GRD Prerequisite(s): BUS 391 or BUS 393.
