POLS 421 - Federal and Intergovernmental Relations Unit(s): 3-4 This course examines how the different levels of government interact in the creation and implementation of public policies at the federal, state and local levels. The class provides students with an understanding of the theory and reality of federalism in the American political system. Can be used to fulfill prerequisite course for M.P.A. program for intergovernmental relations.
