PSY 414 - Infant Development Unit(s): 4 The course is designed to provide students an in-depth perspective on development from the prenatal period through the third year of life. The specific areas of development, including biological, cognitive, social, emotional, and cultural context will be covered. Additionally, students will become familiar with the major methodologies used to study infant development. The emphasis of the course is on normative development.
Grading: OPT Prerequisite(s): PSY 250 and junior-level standing, or instructor consent. Breadth Area: Developmental.
