BUS 362 - Services Marketing Unit(s): 4 This course is designed to acquaint the student with the principles of service marketing and their application in a variety of service sectors ranging from banking to hospital services. Services marketing theory and principles will be applied to a firm’s strategic marketing planning and the development of its service operation process within the service industry.
