PHYS 430 - Electricity and Magnetism Unit(s): 3 Lecture: 3 hours An investigation into the fundamentals of electromagnetic theory and its applications. Topics include vector analysis, electrostatics, method of images, magnetostatics, electric currents, electromagnetic induction, electric and magnetic fields in matter, Maxwell’s equations, electromagnetic waves, potentials, and fields.
