PSY 270 - Psychology of Self-Discovery Unit(s): 4 Introduction to psychological theory, research and practice relevant to developing self-knowledge as it applies to people of diverse backgrounds. Possible approaches include humanistic, positive, depth, Buddhist, indigenous psychology, and basic skills and practices in self-reflection, mindfulness, dreamwork, and earth-based practices.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the major, PSY 250 and Sophomore standing. Typically Offered Fall & Spring Grading: GRD
