ANTH 503 - Seminar: Cultural Resources Management Unit(s): 3 Who owns the past and who has the right to manage it? Review of federal, state, and local legislation pertinent to the inventory, evaluation, and treatment of archaeological sites, historic buildings, and places that are important to Native Americans and others. Emphasis is placed on process of evaluation according to legal guidelines including, CEQA, the Section 106 Process, and the National Register of Historic Places.
Prerequisite(s): Class open to Graduate Students only Typically Offered Fall Odd Years Grading: Student Option
