PSY 270 - Psychology of Self-Discovery Unit(s): 4 Introduction to psychological theory, research and practice relevant to developing self-knowledge as it applies to people of diverse backgrounds. Possible approaches include humanistic, positive, depth, Buddhist, indigenous psychology, and basic skills and practices in self-reflection, mindfulness, dreamwork, and earth-based practices.
Prerequisite(s): Psychology Majors only. Completion of PSY 250. Open to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors. Typically Offered Fall & Spring Teaching Mode: Face-to-Face Grading: Graded
