This course will build on the intersection between leadership and communication in organizations. Throughout the course, you will learn to enhance your personal leadership by developing individual and organizational goals to support the mission of the organization, while also considering the opportunities and threats in the community. As a leader, you will learn to assess progress and develop ongoing communication strategies to help guide a team towards implementation and assessment of an objective.
