POLS 250 - Genocide and Atrocity Prevention Simulation

This course is dedicated to better understanding, predicting, and preventing the tragedies of mass atrocity and genocide. Students will engage with scholarly literature in relevant fields and participate in structured decision-making simulations based on real-world cases and designed to replicate dilemmas faced by policy-makers and other actors confronting genocide and other crimes against humanity. This is a required course for the Human Rights Studies Minor.
